How it works
Once the quotation is approved, your home is delivered within 2 weeks of the commencing deposit.
- Design deposit — AED 5,000. Send us your floor plan with measurements and we deliver 2 renders per room. Fully deducted from your final payment if the project goes ahead; non-refundable otherwise.
- Commencing deposit — 75% of the total. The 2-week timeline starts from this payment.
- Hand over access. Move-in permit, access cards, parking card and keys.
- Handover — remaining 25%. Paid upon handover of your furnished property, less the design deposit.
1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Up to 12 apartments delivered in 2 weeks — ideal for investors and multi-unit owners.
